I don't normally leave reviews on Google but I saw the one about Elizabeth and I've got to say, I've gone there for years and she has never been rude. In fact, she's always talkative and friendly to me. I may have a bad experience at some point but I haven't yet and it's unfortunate that she has something bad about her in the reviews. Maybe she or that person were having a bad day? I don't know. She's nice. That is all.

They've improved alot since they have moved locations. They have increased their  capabilities to handle larger volume of people and are very helpful & knowledgeable.

We visited this office today (01/03/2017) to upgrade our DL to the new "enhanced" version. We received the same helpful, friendly, and efficient service that we have gotten on previous visits. Betina was especially great to work with to get our request taken care of. We have observed on past visits while waiting for our turn that most of the people that get upset with the staff members  cause the problems themselves by not bringing required paperwork or are not eligible for what they are trying to do. Take some responsibility people, your own shortcomings are not the office staff's fault.

The Conway AR DMV is the absolute worst useless place I’ve ever been. The employees that work there are hateful, rude and will not help you. The employees seem as if they hate their job “If So Quit” I am sure there are other people who’d love a job. Those employees have completely forgotten that they work for the people. A complete shame go to another place if you can.
