Professional, friendly caring staff! I highly recommend AR Dermatology.
Excellent experience! Medical Technician, DeLisa and Doug Clark PA were very professional and efficient. They addressed all of my concerns in a patient and pleasant manner. DeLisa went the extra mile and called my insurance company, trying to get the cost of prescribed cream down to a more reasonable price and succeeded! I highly recommend this dermatology office. All staff were kind.
My experience was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The receptionist was so nice. Shelbi, the nurse was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My exam by Doug was very good. He was very thorough. I can say the exam was enjoyable. Not very many exams are. I would recommend them to everyone.
I have seen many Dermatologist and their PAs throughout the years. Doug Clark PA administered the best skin exam I have ever had by a PA. He asked many questions and listened so that he could make the best diagnosis. Everyone I encountered was helpful, polite and kind. Highly recommend!!
The office staff is very friendly! But management Needs Work. I wanted to pay up front to have cyst removed. They wouldn’t set an appointment without my insurance card. I full well known that my insurance wouldn’t cover it thanks Obama. So, I give them my insurance card and had the problem removed but not all the way. I still have an issue with it. Went back for the follow up visit and paid them for the previous visit. Then I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it and that I couldn’t have a follow up done. They kicked me to the door so to speak. No follow up! Sounds like they just want to overcharge insurance companies! Now I have to have another skin place fix what they didn’t. I would not recommend them even if you have a pocket full of money. They don’t care!
Did not bill daughters insurancewhich would have covered full bill of less than $100. Years later they refused service to anyone in our family, but that helped us find a better dermatologist!

Clark is unprofessional and does the most expensive procedure instead of simple freezing. The Doctor is great
