Everyone was helpful and kind. I didn’t bring a Referral and they called my doctor to get it. Dr. Wallace was excellent and kind. He took his time and made me feel comfortable. Everything was professional and done in a timely manner. Thank you to all at.
You will be in very good hands here at Ortho Arkansas. I have had 3 different surgeries with these guys.Dr.Wallace and Dr. Cotton do fabulous work ! This is a place you can trust that you will be informed of everything . All of the staff that work along side of the Dr's are super friendly.
After reading about Shoulder replacements online, I was hesitant to get the procedure done. The recovery time was 4 months to 1 year. I had my surgery reverse total shoulder replacement with Dr.Hank Wallace on May 14th.. It is now August 8th.and I am basically pain free and about 75percent on my golf swing. I would highly recommend Dr.Wallace to anyone needing this done. I was made aware of him through family and I am so proud I chose him. Five stars for me!
I feel the doctor spent inappropriate amount of time with me. He was very helpful even though he delivered a little bit of news I wasn't expecting. I'm very glad I went to him and I would recommend him to anyone.
The doctors are great. My husband is filing for disability and unemployed he has been since October. He has a torn rotator cuff and needs surgery. He discussed a payment plan ahead of surgery and was assured that would be ok. Yet two days before surgery the business office calls and demands full amount refusing to work with us. My husband is in an enormous amount of pain and all they care about is the money from us plus the 18 to 20k they will get from insurance. They are not care oriented for patients they are money oriented only. Leaving my husband sleepless and in massive pain with no resolution. Thanks for nothing I hope you never need a doctor or a surgery.
Everyone at Dr. Wallaces office are friendly and professional. The only thing I can say about Dr. Wallace himself is he is a fantastic doctor. Staff and Dr Wallace and Kyle Cotton did a great job on my knee replacement surgery.I am very pleased with the knowledge and care I received.I would recommend them to anyone needing help.The office staff and nurses are all friendly.The doctors took time to explain everything to me and my husband.I will use them again.
The office got me in as soon as possible and we’re flexible with my schedule. The Dr answered all my questions and I was in and out of office in no time. I highly recommend Dr Wallace.
Brittany Jennifer Kayla were super friendly and helpful Dr Kyle Cotton treated me like a queen he took time to listen to me when no one else ever did and he was complete in my whole visit knows his stuff and fantastic bedside manner just perfect!!!
