Awful service. Waited an extended time to be taken to a room. Was left in a room for an hour before I had to ask MYSELF if anyone would be seeing my pet. Vet came in after closing time, didn’t apologize for the wait. My pet hates the vet and he has yet to meet a human that he doesn’t like. She wanted to sedate my pet just to look in his mouth. She was not able to touch my pet because he refused to let her and she didn’t not attempt to on her own to see what any problems could be. Was charged full price despite being forgotten in a room for an hour. Was not helped, left to monitor my pet on my own and take him somewhere else in the morning. Was made to exit through a side door onto a lawn and subsequently stepped in dog feces because there were NO lights at all on the outside of the building to see where you were going or even where I had parked my car! Will never visit again, would drive to Indy sooner than take my pet back to this establishment.

They saw my ailing elderly dog on a Saturday, even when they had never seen her before. They were concerned, very caring, and sent a sympathy card to me because she had to be put to sleep. They were wonderful through the whole sad process. The vet or tech who administered the euthanasia meds sang a lovely, comforting song in Spanish while my "Camille" peacefully went to sleep for the final time.

Well I suppose if you enjoy sitting in a small waiting room for three hours this is the place for you...despite the fact that several people, before and after I arrived, left due to the lengthy waiting time, I persevered... Three hours later, now off to the patient room.... Update, 20 minutes later, still no doctor. Now wondering if those three hours might have been better spent learning how to give rabies shots... After about thirty minutes in the waiting room, the doctor finally came in, yet not before I decided to look up the how-to in rabies shots. The process took less than two minutes....When the doctor finally came in, she was very friendly, but the process took literally less than five minutes... Back to the waiting room to check out. 15 minutes later, and I'm out. In all, I spent about three hours and forty-five minutes waiting for perhaps a five minute procedure..I hope my situation was an anomaly and not the norm.

Took my cat to them and paid 220 only to bring my cat home to die. No one ever called me I had to call everyday to see how he was doing. Never got correct information or they weren't sure. The vet was really compassionate when he said he could put my cat down if I couldn't spend whatever the amount was needed. I never even feel like I receive any information other than a blockage. Will not take my other pet there.

I really, really appreciated the emergency car they gave my cat. The vet and nurses were so professional and sympathetic. They really went the extra mile here and I would highly recommend!
