What a great vet. We ended up taking all three of our cats there for some what major surgery while on the road and they all recovered nicely.

Excellent vet experience so far. Dr. Gilliatt has been thorough, informative and friendly. We now have all three dogs and our 1 cat seeing College Mall vets. The office/front desk can get busy at times but that should help you discern that they have alot of clientele for a reason.

Unfortunately after 6 months with College Mall Vet, I have to move on. Except our first ever appointment, the receptionists have been rude and not supportive as I expected. It's tiring to explain on the phone to them what I really wanted to do for my dog. The last time I went for a fecal test because my dog had diarrhea, the front desk lady laughed at me for bringing a small sample. I couldn't take more because it soaked to the grass and she was not nice at all. 

Although Dr. Gilliatt has been very nice and my dog likes her very much, I just have to move on. I have found another veterinary hospital that is more supportive and I'm glad I made the change.
