We simply love this vet clinic!!! Recommend this office to others who are looking for a place for their fur babies to be cared for.

Dr. Vague is awesome and the entire staff here is very friendly and always helpful.

They are great with our pets.

Best vet we've ever been to. The staff is awesome to work with and really gets to know our animals. They listen to your concerns about your pet and really work hard to help your pet be the healthiest it can be. Dr. Shake and Dr. Vague are great to work with. Can not recommend this office enough.

Our family cat got ran over and was not doing well. We took her in 2 different times. The second time the vet had to do exploratory surgery to fix some fluid leaking into her leg. They were phenomenal! She seems to be totally healed. I am very grateful for everyone at town and country! Thank you so much for saving Jasmine.

Right before we moved to Bloomington in June, we found out our cat had cancer. When he really began to deteriorate in August we knew it was time to stop his suffering. Even though it was the first time we met the staff at Town & Country, they were very kind when it was time to euthanize our cat. They were patient and caring through the whole sad procedure. I was especially surprised a week later when we received a sympathy card in the mail signed by every employee at the clinic. It's that kind of personal touch that will earn my loyalty.

They are OK, but if you pet doesn't have a appointment the they charge you triple the amount and call it an emergency appointment. This place is costly. Plus, when I brought my pet in the first time they told me one thing about my dog and that it is not nothing they could do for her. Then then the next time I brought her and this is when they triple charged me. They told me that she needs to see a specialist and that she is not a normal dog because of her ears. But last time I was here, there was nothing that they could do for her. That what's on her ears is her blood vessels and it's causing her to have a fungus on her ears. They told me that there was nothing they could do. Then the next time I bring her she's got bad genes and that she needs a specialist. She is fine now. She is playing and growing and she is happy. She is fine. This place also took a second parvo test in one month on one one dog. It has to be parvo! More money out of my pocket and both times she came up negative. This place I owe money to now because it cost so much money for a puppy to be seen with out an appointment and they call it an emergency. They weren't that busy and  I got her there before they closed so they shouldn't have put us through that and charged me so much for one puppy.
