This is absolutely the worse place to bring your children for a number of reasons. You’re always here for 2-3hrs. My daughter was sick and I knew this early on. I brought her in and they stated she sounds like she has strep. I knew she was sick early on that she didn’t test positive for strep at the time. They said give her Motrin for her fever and a decongestant for her for congestion. Since they did 2 swab tests. They said they would test the second swab later on and give me a call back if it tested positive later on. Next day, my daughter was getting worse. I went in for a second opinion at an after hours care. Sure enough. She’s positive for strep. It only takes 24hrs for the second lab result. It’s been a week and I NEVER got a call back with her 2nd lab results. She could of been sick this long if I didn’t take her in for a second opinion. Because of that, I called and left a message for all her medical records. NEVER got a return call back. I’m here at the office requesting all of her medical records so I NEVER have to come back here again. Please for the sake of your child’s well being and to save time and money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

First of all my appointment was at 2:40 I arrived at 2:20 had all the paperwork already filled out and my daughter still didn’t get called back until 3:05 and it’s 3:30 right now and we still haven’t seen our doctor. Don’t schedule appointments if you aren’t planning on seeing us for a whole hour later, we have other stuff to do and this really pisses me off.. get it together or every time I will leave a review. Hopefully this is the only time this happens but looks like I’m going to have to reschedule because we have to be somewhere else at 4:15 that’s why I made her appointment for this time frame, not knowing it would take them this long to see us.

Came to my appointment 30 minutes before appointment time to bring all paperwork needed since it was new patient. Iit is one hour after appointment time and I have not seen a doctor. Getting home anf changing doctor. Unacceptable.

We always have a schedule appointment, and still there is a waiting. Great Doctors but the wait is ridiculous.😵

The pediatrician is wonderful, if you don't mind waiting over an hour in the lobby and then another hour in the room. Today the door was open between the sick kid and well kid room and sneezing/coughing children were running around in the already over-crowded well kid lobby. Avoid this place if you can!
