I've been to this location multiple times, and I'm always greeted with a warm smile. The library itself is a bit on the smaller side, but it feels more cozy than cramped. It's quiet and offers a great place to read or study. The staff was very helpful with setting me up with a library card, and even gave me a tour, including a rundown of the online services they provide! The location is great, chairs are comfy, and tables are large and clean. All in all, a great experience.

I am a child who attends Nichols Junior High School...and This library is absolutely terrible! So the day before Yesterday I accidentally opened the Emergency Exit door and the alarm sounded..Nothing happened after that. The next day as me and my cousin walk into the library the manager is there. And basically tells me I am not allowed in the library anymore and says that she saw the footage and I pushed the door open intentionally. And then she try's to say I've made racist comments, but that is not at all what happend. Illegal Immigration was brought up in the "Teen Zone" (More like Hell Zone) and the lady said something like "Everyone has a right to be here and I responded with " If they did a horrible crime then they shouldn't be here" And they took that as racism. And so anyways back to the story she said I can't go there anymore. When I asked to see the footage she wouldn't allow me. I notified my mom and when my mother went up there not only did the manager change the story now saying that I pushed the door with my hip then she said that We can sign up and she will send my mother the video. It has been 2 days now.

Pretty disappointed in my trip to this library. I never thought I would be so judged by someone for enjoying YA books, especially by a librarian. When I asked for assistance in finding the section, his response was asking me my age followed by "..and you STILL read YA?...." in a very mocking tone. Librarians should (and usually do) encourage reading, not try to make people feel embarrassed about it.

I called and asked them about getting my parks and recreation card activated as well as my son's expired card. They said I would have to come I'm for this. So I went to the Library and they would not help me because they were about to close. Said I would have to come back tomorrow. All they have to do is scam the card and look at my I.D. What a bunch of lazy bums.

Nice clean library. Need a room so people can work on test or exam's for classes without all the surrounding noises. Babies crying or yelling, people on their cellphones.
