I just needed a place to study and this library fulfilled that need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The study rooms and WiFi are available to anyone without a library card.

This is a fantastic library and very baby/kid friendly! I've been coming here since I moved to Grapevine and I started bringing my son when he was four months old (he's a year now.) They have events every day for children- music & movement, sensation station, story times, brain builders, etc. Friday is Baby's Day out- a special day for babies (birth- two years) and my son loves it! It's a great way for him to spend time with other children, sing songs, and play with instruments. The staff is always very friendly and helpful & the book selection is great!

Went in there five minutes before closing and was told it was to late to get a library card from two employees named Sue and Kate. Than while I sat there and said I filled out the card and everything and have seen others get one faster than that,the women didn't even acknowledge me looking at her phone while I said excuse me can you please give me a card the women said "we are closed I told you this already did I not". Been living in Grapevine for 25 years and never feel prejudice and disrespected like that before. Sad to know the city of Grapevine would hire people who do not acknowledge some citizens due to the way that they look. Grapevine should really look into this matter and teach the people they employ to treat everyone with respect and courtesy no matter what they look like.
