Unprofessional, disrespectful, poor maintenance, can’t keep same management.... just all around terrible place too rent from. They come to your house when you are not there to “ inspect” but when you tell them your a/c isn’t working that’s the least of their concern. Living in Texas that’s one of my greatest concerns. I pay my rent in time... always early. I would not refer ANYONE to armadillo properties

Very unprofessional and low moral. Danny, the leasing/ showing agent was 45 mins late to the tour of the home. Not to mention he double booked so my husband and i had to view the property along with another couple. The home was not in good standing. Tenants were evicted and left the property in poor condition, and we actually saw the home as is. There were dog pee/ poop everywhere, pizza boxes, food, full cat liter boxes, etc etc... The property itself was nice and has potential for the price, however the filth grossed us out. We filled out an application to commit and hope to maybe have first dibs once the home was cleaned and in good standing. Three days later, Armadillo leased the property to other individuals after promising and confirming they would provide a 2nd tour before we signed the lease. They also communicated that since I paid for the application, no one else would even be able to view the property, let alone sign the lease.

After 4 years, I found they did much for me. We did have our miscommunication (nobody's perfect) but overall they worked with me. Occasionally I had to remind them that I had an open maintenance ticket (squeaky wheel), and I think that's because they have so many properties. Whenever I asked for an upgrade, they did take the request to the owner who seemed very fair and considered my request. I enjoyed working with the majority of their employees.

Similar situation as the below 1*. We moved out Jan of 2017 and 4 months later received a notice in the mail for collection. We called to figure out what it was for and they said for carpet stain removal and deodorizer and for FLEE CONTROL!... We did not own a pet! Lol also on our lease my wife put down that the floors already had too many stains to count and the lease manager signed off on it ALSO there is a clause that said that carpet stains and normal wear and tear was NOT A chargeable fee yet we were charged for stains and deodorizer. Anyways after receiving the notice we called to sort it out and they said "we tried to contact you via mail" when asked what address they sent it to they stated the LAND OWNERS NEW ADDRESS! They did not try to call or email us until after they had sent us to collection. This place and it's workers are absolute trash

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK........ You will be charged a cleaning fee after you are forced to pay for a professional cleaning service. You WILL NOT do a final walk through when moving out because you must turn in your keys then they will do it alone within the next 60 days....... Aka when soldiers have already PCSd to another duty station. 😂😂😂
