My experience with this dealership and Josh specifically was amazing. I work a hectic schedule and he went above and beyond to accommodate me and my scheduling needs. Josh was extremely patient and went out of his way to help me get this car at a price I could afford. I bought a 2018 Kia Forte and I love it. He even checked on me after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying the cat and to see if I had any questions. The dealership as a whole is full of kind people, is very clean and just had an overall inviting vibe. I would recommend that anyone looking for a great deal and wonderful service along with plenty of options to visit this dealership. Thank you Josh!!!!

We just bought a 2017 dodge durango GT from here. They worked with us and gave us a very good deal. We are in love with it.. just got it yesterday though. We had Robert can't remember his last name but his number is 5184617525!! He was very nice and knew his cars. If you are going to buy from this place ask for Robert!

I leased my 3rd car from Destination Kia after going to another dealership to see if I could get a better deal and overall Destination Kia won my vote yet again! Tommy was amazing to work with, def not pushy and worked with my budget. I love the customer service that he and Sean (Manager) gave me throughout the entire process. I DEF recommend this dealership to everyone I know!!

I purchased a used vehicle in February 2018 that had dry rotted tires that passed this dealer's own NY State inspection. I didn't see the dry rot, having purchased the car in the dark of winter, and only eyeballing them for tread, which was good. Beware of ever buying a used car in the winter and of trusting a sticker that the dealer slaps on the vehicle for the sake of a sale. Bottom line is they passed a vehicle with illegal tires, and then passed a headache on to me by not only refusing to replace the dry rotted tires, but offering to sell me new ones - classic insult to injury. I have submitted a complaint to the DMV Division of Vehicle Safety to report this incident. Hopefully they will investigate. Zero stars.

Josh Rousseau was amazing, he handled me extremely well. He was beyond patient with all my hesitations and questions. I was going through some rental car issues in the interim of getting a new vehicle; he took it upon himself to contact the rental agency in an attempt to help clarify the issue I was having. When I first went there with my laundry list of what I would like in a car he was able to find me car I could afford with everything I wanted. I am extremely grateful for my new (used) Kia!
