Not happy at all with how I was treated by DePaula. The service on my vehicle was accomplished so I am satisfied there but as a customer and how I was treated was very disappointing. I felt like DePaula had the sale from me back on April 1st when they sold me the car but after that any and all other promises are now in the past. I called to have my vehicle checked for what I felt was something out of the ordinary for a newer vehicle. When I made the appointment I made it very clear I needed a loner. I was told to just talk with an adviser and he would take care of it. When I dropped the car off the adviser indicated he could not find the gentleman in charge and he was not answering his phone so I probably couldn't have one as this was a sign he had none left. Which is funny because when I went in the waiting area I found him waiting on other customers and signing out loners. I guess I didn't count. The driver who did drop-offs for DePaula had left already. So...I had to call a friend for a ride. I ended up being very late for a business meeting I could not miss. Nobody at DePaula seemed too concerned. As I said....they had my business at that point so they do not make any effort to go out of their way to assist me. I will not return to DePaula any longer. They have now lost my business.

Everything was great. Came in for scheduled service. At time I was also notified of an open recall on my vehicle and that would also be addressed at this visit. Everything was explained to me what was going to be done and how long it should take. All of the work was completed within the estimated time and everyone was friendly and very accommodating to all of the questions I asked. It was a nice experience.

This was my 3rd time buying a new car from DePaul Chevrolet, all of my experiences have been good, however this time was particularly exceptional. Having the experience of dealing with Dan Carlton, and Jim Clark was a really good time. Dan is a shoot from the hip kind of personality and a true professional. And also very likeable. And Jim comes across as an honest gentleman. Liked them both and wish them the best.. thanks guys. Larry Wilkins

My service agent was very professional and accommodating and was pleasant to work with. However, I had to wait over 30 minutes in line when there was only 2 people in front of me when picking up my corvette. Low on staff. Should be able to go to the cashier, pay, get your keys and leave. No need to take an hour to pick up a finished vehicle. My car was not ready for a week later when I only brought it in for an oil change and to check out a few things. This was due to a miscommunication where the service agent thought I was ordering a part and bringing it in to be installed. I was charged $15.00 to check my air filter, and however much more to check my breaks. When I filled out my service form, it said a multi point inspection was part of the package I chose. I also chose a 50.00 dollar front end alignment, but upon arrival I was pressured into getting all 4 wheels done , even though I said I only wanted the fronts done. But was still pressure when the car 100% did not need the rears. My fault. When I asked how come my air filter gets checked every time I bring it to service at a chevy dealer, this is the first time I am being charged to check my filter. I was told that my filter must have never actually been checked before and I was always lied to by the dealership representative by them saying they have checked it. My car is a 2008 and I bring it in for routine maintenance twice a year. So I was lied to about 17 times, or I was just being ripped off this one time?

Very professional truck buying experience. Easily walked in and spoke with Anthony Gallo and walked me through the whole process of buying a new truck. Anthony wasn't that typical car salesman just trying to shove a car onto you just to make another sale. He made the first time buying experience great, exciting and the smoothest thing possible. For sure will be going back to Anthony Gallo in the future for any other Chevy needs! Very happy with my new Chevy Colorado!!!
