Has delivered my sisters dad me and my sister she is a very kind women and is very patient and will do what she can to help! One negative thing is that we have to keep reschedule 3 times and have not got to see her

I love Dr. Arnold. She made me and my infant son feel very welcome. However, some of her scheduling staff is rude and the phones seem to be always busy or off for lunch for nearly 2 hours. Also, I feel that if the hours say "open till 5" then i should be able to get an appointment at least at 4 or 4:30 but the latest they do, or that i have been told, is 3:00 and this is a month or so in advance mind you. I really really love this Dr and don't want to switch because she was highly reccomended to me and she she takes mine and my son's insurances and its very hard to find a good doctor that does that. But if things don't progress I will be forced to find another doctor.
