I find it interesting one of Google's top ten searches under "Around the Clock" is cancellation. I had to try to cancel this gym membership multiple times both in person and by mail. Finally, when they refused to cancel, I had to contact my bank and dispute the charges. Then they try billing me for $297.34, reduced it to $133.74 when they acknowledged they were overcharging me. But that $133.74 is for two months of membership because they add in their annual fee which nobody discloses to you upfront when you sign the membership agreement and all you get to look at is the electronic signature pad and they won't give you a copy of the contract BEFORE you sign it even if you ask. They just tell you you'll get a copy AFTER you sign it. I know "accidentally" refusing to cancel your gym membership is par for the course in the gym industry but that doesn't make it ok. Do the right thing and I think you'd be surprised how much more business you get when people can trust you with their credit card information. It's really too bad too since the whole reason I had to cancel was because I went on a deployment and I really appreciated their military discount. Now that I'm back I would have liked to return but I hate the untrustworthy and deceptive way they do business. I will say although Fort Myers doesn't seem to have much to offer in gyms, ATC seems to have one of the best gym's in town. Just don't join if you ever plan on canceling. You'll pay for their membership.

I have been working out here since it was Ada's across the street. There have been times where the maintenance seemed a lower priority than them opening new locations, but is good right now. I do miss the Hammer Strength leg press machines!

They are improving from when i first signed up. They at least keep the premises clean. They still need major improvement with their staff. I like the girls from the daycare, but they always have too many kids for 2 caretakers. The trainers needs MAJOR HELP, half of them are on their phone while they are suppose to be guiding their clients.

This gym is great! It has all the bells and whistles. I just wish the machines could be fixed faster. Other than that it's a convenient gym at a great price. When I went there about a month ago I bought my daughter a membership. She recently moved from Tallahassee and has been wanting to work out. The front desk staff was very helpful. When my daughter and I went in we were greeted by Mia (Mya?)and she was amazing. Not only did she offer us a tour when the trainers were busy. She also explained to not only me but my daughter as well what the gym had to offer. Her friendly demeanor is what really sold me on this gym for my daughter. With staff like her I feel comfortable knowing my daughter is getting great service for her money.

Unbelievably frustrating to deal with these people. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, we’ve been overcharged multiple times (which they deduct straight from my bank account), the managers don’t return your calls or follow up with resolving issues (possibly because the turnover rate is so high), they will tell you anything to sell you something and then not follow through. The ONLY reasons I gave them 2 stars is because the gym is clean and they have a lot of classes. There’s not one other positive thing I can say about this gym or its employees. I’m out over $300 for training...bought sessions against my better judgement because I have restrictions due to medical issues. They said they would refund me if it didn’t work out. Neurologist said NO PT, they won’t refund me. 🤬 Today after working out, I stopped for a shake. 10 minutes after I ordered it, I had to leave without it for an appt. they weren’t busy, they were just moving like snails...I’ve never seen such sluggish employees at a gym...where’s the energy??? Ughhhh
