I have been going for just over a month now and I would have to say that this is a family atmosphere.  The owners and instructors have been very helpful and willing to work with you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I went to this gym for a year while i lived in Cape coral before I moved to Port Charlotte. They have amazing staff, great equipment, they play awesome tunes, and the vibe of the people is unbelievable! Loved my experience and it broke my heart to leave. If you are looking to drop in, want a different exercise experience, or are new to the area and need an amazing fitfam please check this place out. You will be happy you did! All the love in my heart goes to the people there

I was so nervous to join crossfit I put it off for so long n after joining Salvation I realized how silly I was being, the coaches are phenomenal, & very patient, the athletes that go here are also welcoming, & helpful, it's really one of the most motivating places, so greatful to be apart of this place!

Best box in Cape Coral!  Love the environment, atmosphere and people. They really make you feel like family here and I love how challenging the workouts are. The coaches push you to do your best and are extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend dropping into this box, whether you are just visiting, looking to switch boxes or just bored with your current fitness routine. You won't be disappointed.
