This is a great GYM. The Coaches and Staff are the best. They have a good community of members. I was able to go there only a few months because its out of the way for me since I do not drive. I would bike 14 miles a day just to make it to class, and it was worth it, tough unfortunately unsustainable. In a short time I got a ton of quality coaching from great Coaches like Danielle, Danny and Sean. If I lived near by I would still be at this box.

Fantastic facility. I'm a little bummed I never got to see the old one where weightlifter dreams are made from... Passing through on a trip and had a fantastic time. Coached by Loius in the lifting room and learned some new tips and tricks. I felt like I was there with family. It's a popular gym for a reason. Danny is super welcoming and the astmosphere is lit. Can't wait to go back.

I've been doing Crossfit in Miami consistently since 2007. As you know, that usually involves leaving some boxes and starting others. This is my favorite box by far. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and aren't worried about screaming at you to go harder, instead they actually train you. As insane as that sounds to someone serious about working out, in the Crossfit community its hard to find. Forget about cliques here because the owners do not allow it. Crossfit Soul is about family. We are all a family so if you come here be prepared to be part of that ENTIRE family. Aside from the world re-known programming (literally) this box is one of the most accepting places I have been to in Miami. Its really a breath of fresh air to work out here and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in Crossfit... either beginner or super certified.

Highly recommend Soul. They offer multiple classes throughout the day that fit into your schedule. All the coaches are great and ensure you are training safely. Its a great evironment if you're a pro, amature or just looking to get in shape.
