This is a great No Frills gym wear if you're looking to get swole this is the best place to do it they concentrate on building muscle and everyone is really friendly and encouraging.

Extremely enjoyable gym, very well constructed and organized as well. For experienced lifters (1-2 years) highly recommend. Beginners might seem a little intimidated but really nice people on the inside.

The only downside is that it stinks but obviously, everyone is sweating and working out. Good equipment, not like LA that the equipments are always out of service.

Gritty, inspiring, and full of what you need. A little crowded, but find your space and pump away.

For those familiar with 80s-90s Miami, this gym is reminiscent of the Gold’s Gym across from FIU back then. Pure free weights and some machines. It’s not a health club with all sorts of classes and fancy machines. The biggest limitation is one of space at their present 97th & Coral Way location.
