Most poorly run club in Miami.  Machines break, they don’t fix.  Yesterday, 3 of 6 stair climber were out of order.  Sometimes it is 4 that don’t work.  Can’t remember when all 6 worked.  They are going a little better with the pool chemistry.  Update:  OK, they have now fixed the machines.  And the pool is doing better.  By dropping the temperature, there is slower bacteria growth, less need for chlorine.  Keep up the good work.  I should move my review from 1 star to 3 stars

I’ll be honest, in the morning this gym is heaven. Empty, plenty of parking - wonderful. After 3pm it’s a nightmare. The worst part is how they only have ONE working stair master. That is absolutely insane to me. It’s been this way for a month already. What the hell is going on!

Facilities were decent. The woman at the front desk was rude and lazy and refused to look up my friend in the system even though he was a member and had forgot his card. The manager was equally unhelpful and refused to give either of their names. Very bad service at this gym; better off going somewhere else if you can.

This gym is so poorly organized. Their is equipment laying around every where, including in the middle of walkways. It takes longer to find what you need to complete your workout then it does to do your actual workout. I get people should clean up after themselves and rerack their weights, but it seems like the staff never bother to pick up the mess either. Major lack of management here.

Careful. People have stuff stolen from lockers and cars. And they don’t have cameras in the parking lot at all.
