It was all gravel, no grass for dogs. The water hookup wasn't as good as I'm used to. And, unfortunately, the timing was wrong for the shower rooms - they were unusable while being repaired. The nicest part was the conversation with the elderly lady at the desk.

The guest is right. Do not stay here.  The management is the worst in my 20+ years of RV'ing. Rude, disrespectful and nosey. I have a newer custom built Hawkins motorcoach and I'm close to 70. These people came to my door , banging as hard as could be with flashlights screaming for us to open up or the authorities would be notified we were using illegal narcotics!!!!  I opened the door and recommended the check with the trash on the "monthly" guest side side that we attend church in whatever city we happen to be in and in all my 69 years, I've never smoked marijuana and wasn't about to start. Albeit, after the freight these terrorists gave my wife a nd granddaughter it might have helped us sleep more at ease I'm told. Never will I return to this establishment until the management is replaced.  I will locate the owners, God help me if these inbreed Hicks are the owners.

Unfortunatly I had to stay here because all the other parks were full. First off there are wild vicious dogs just running wild. When you get out of your car you have to run to your r.v. to avoid getting bitten. It is filfthy everywhere. We were told that we were not allowed to use the restrooms and showers even though other guests could. I don't think I would want to anyway. The owners are completely PSYCO!!! They put us on the worst spot on the park next to a bunch of drunks and refused to give us another spot cause they were booked even though there were always plenty of open sites. Then after a week they wanted us to move our r.v. because the drunken neighbors were being evicted and his r.v. was behind a pole. Unfortunatly I paid for a month because my wife was going to the doctor. After the second week the owners decided they didn't want us there because they are an "overnight park" and changed my monthly rate to a nightly rate without my knowledge, so all the money I paid for the month only paid for 5 days at the nightly rate. Which is strang because the only people staying on the park are monthly customers. Without any warning I was woken by the owners at 6am with a note saying that I was to vacate the park by 10am the next day. When I tried to talk to the owners the old lady was just speeking in jibborish and threatened to call the cops on me. She is totally senial. I have since contacted a lawyer and the city of Pasco, Wa and they informed me that my eviction from the park was illeagal and I am filing a lawsuit against her for unlawful eviction and overcharging me. Their are so many other nicer r.v. parks in this area. I would never recomend you stay at this park.
