Spaces are very close and the trees they plant in between are getting to big so having a slide out all the way is not recommended. A lot of full timers here. Not a pretty setting but if you just need a place for the night, it's doable. We only stayed one night. Wouldn't want to stay 2 nights. Clean park though. Make sure to put your trash out by the curb in the morning. They come by to pick it up.

Somebody hit my camper in their storage and broke two of my jacks and they told me too bad so sad it's your fault for storing here. and that nobody will look through their cameras to see who did it. Then when I decided to store my camper at home so it was safe, they refused to give me my storage money back that I had given them two days prior (which was late because nobody EVER answers the phone or returns messages) place is an absolute joke and the lady at customer service is rude has terrible people skills. DO NOT use this koa for storage or camping. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any koa

No better than 3 stars. They advertise WiFi but it is really, really poor if you can connect.
