Staff was amazing! I was looking for a dump station and these guys were only charging $7 to dump. When the normal dump spot was full of the snow they gave my money back and let me use one of the RV spots to dump! I thought this was very considerate of them! Would give 5 star but place is run down a bit. Lots of permanent/long term RV renters. Broke down cars and such.

Managers are rude and they approved my app to stay as a guest with parents then just decided all sudden that they didn't care for me and I needed to leave else my parents would be evicted. Needless to say my kids and I are now homeless thanks to them. Very trashy run down park. Very rude managment. Would not reccomend to anyone.

I love  tri-cities rv park great rates  wonderful management system free cable and wifi close to everything I'd definitely have to say it's the heart of tri-cities   there is no rv park in the tri-cities better then tri-cities rv park.
