The sale person Brad was very helpful. He helped get rid of my old trailer and came out on his day off to help set it up. All the people at broadmore were very friendly

We were taken care of professionally from the moment that we first walked in. Brad in sales was awesome and friendly. Trudy at the front counter was warm and welcoming. Alfredo in delivery was a plethora of knowledge in showing us how everything worked and hooking up to the truck. And Heather in service was very on top of her game. Such a wonderful experience all the way around. And yes, "We left as Friends". It's no wonder why they're the biggest in the State!!!

Great service and killer salesman. Bradley T. Is extremely knowledgeable and was great in helping us make our decision. Hector did our walk around and took care of all the immediate issues we found. Would def recommend this place.

We had a good experience with the sales department but the service department is a different story. We bought our trailer in the spring of 2017 and it is now fall, so we have had the camper for about 6 months. 
When we took it in for our 90 day warranty they didn't have any of the parts ready that were noted on the day we picked it up. So we had to leave our camper there for about 2 weeks to wait on parts. When we went to pick it up they were still waiting on parts even though they called and said it was ready. These were things that were known about from day one, why weren't they ordered from day one? So frustrating. So we told them they could just send them to us and we would take care of it, because we live in another town and didn't want to keep coming back. They sent us the wrong parts. We decided to just let it go. But now we have another broken part and they refuse to have it order and ready for us, so we will have to leave it up there for several weeks to wait for eveything to be ordered and replaced.

Purchased a camper years ago and everything was great but last year we purchased a fifth wheel and have had nothing but trouble.  We have had several issues with the fifth wheel and have a lot of trouble with them.  We use to recommend them but that we no longer be the case.
