So, I just have to say I had a great experience with all the people who worked there when I bought my couch. But after a few months I had some issues with my wrap around. I dealt with so many people outside of Jackson about the issues pertaining to this couch and nobody was willing to help, and actually most of the people I expressed my frustrations to, were quite rude with me. Not very understanding at all. I had asked several times to speak with a manager but nobody would allow me to. Finally I was able to talk to the manager and OMG she was awesome! Totally made me smile and made me so extremely happy with how she understood. She immediately took action to make sure I was happy. I went in today to pick out a new couch and couldn't be happier with how it went. Randy was a HUGE help. Super sweet people who work there! Angie was the manager. I couldn't be any happier and thankful for her understanding! Thank you guys so so so much! Great customer service in you Jackson location!!!!! And that to me, means everything!!!!!!!

Rachard was awesome ...not pushy at all and worked out a good deal for me and my family. Jackson location is 1st class.

very clean and great salesman didn't hound you to buy a couch let you walk around alone but would inform you about sales they had and more then happy to look up any thing you need before you decide to buy...thank you corey and Brandon

I purchased living room furniture Aug. 2017, one piece was back ordered and was not to be delivered until Nov. 2017. When it wasn't, I called and was advised that it would arrive Feb. 2018. I called today, Feb. 19th, and was told it is now scheduled for mid-Mar. 2018. The delays are one thing but what is maddening is Art Van apparently do not regard their customers enough, once an order is placed, to extend the courtesy of letting them know there is a problem.
