We’ve shopped here four different times now. We've purchased anything from beds to a recliner! Each time we’ve experienced the utmost professionalism from the staff, especially Kyle Nash, Kyle always takes care of his customers weather they’re repeat customers or new clients. It’s my pleasure to praise Gardner White in Brighton, MI! Good people should get recognized for great customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pay more if necessary to avoid Gardner-White. We were delivered defective furniture. After 3-weeks and no resolution, we had them come and get it. Then they credited us the wrong amount! Then they tried to charge us for picking up the defective products. The store manager In Brighton is one of the worst managers I've ever come across. She has no business whatsoever in a management role. To be honest, the entire company is managed very poorly. They have to sell on low-price because their service is so poor. I'm telling you...at any cost...go elsewhere!

Our first experience with this store was when we bought our dining set a few weeks ago and yesterday was the second time when we purchased a sofa and a recliner. Very pleasant experience (in store) on both occasions! Great selection and employees are nice! Prices are reasonable and there are perks too.

Great sales team that's isn't your normal slithering furniture salesmen. They are professional and didn't try to oversell, at least Eric wasn't! Delivery was good. Happy with our new living room set. May not be an A+ quality couch, but good quality for the price. Highly recommend over shady overpriced Art Van. After two weeks noticed a few wood supports in back of couch became loose. Called the store and easily scheduled a tech to come out. Tech came out and fixed the couch in 10 minutes. Very impressed with the service tech. Created an even better impression of Gardner White.
