My husband and I had been to several other furniture stores before going to McLaughlin's, looking for two matching leather chairs and had a specific idea of what we wanted. We were so pleasantly surprised that we found two chairs we loved here and purchased a set of one of the styles, and even found a side table to go with them! Great quality pieces and Jennifer was wonderful to work with, not pushy and very helpful! Highly recommend checking McLaughlin's out!

Two of my close friends had very bad experiences at this store and warned me not to deal with them.....I should have listened.

I needed new furniture and couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere so I decided to give it a try and hoped for the best.

My salesman was very friendly.  I was buying quite a bit and he assured me he would be available to me during the order and delivery if there were questions or concerns.  He assured me that the delivery team would be equipped to deal with my wood floors and things would go smoothly.  When the delivery came and there were problems, he didn't want to be bothered and was no longer friendly.  A pair of chairs with different legs was not what I ordered.  He truly didn't want to be bothered with me since he had already made the sale.  He had promised that the delivery men had pads for the furniture feet since all my floors are wood.  They had no idea what I was talking about.  

To make a long story short, after having the wrong legs sent back 2 times for style and color, I finally get the correct legs in the correct color.  I tried to get in touch with the managers of the store, the owners of the store, or some type of customer service.  They didn't care and just wanted me to go away since the sale was already made.

The reason for the 2 stars and not 1 is the ladies in the warehouse.  They became my lifeline in dealing with all the mistakes that were made by the salesman.  They were genuinely helpful and cared about correcting the mistakes.

I should have listened to my friends and avoid the headaches of dealing with this store.

Friendly , helpful and professional staff . My saleslady is an interior designer and was very knowledge in helping  me pick out my living room furniture.  Quality furniture and great selection.

I asked that my order not be placed until I had a chance to speak with my husband and the salesman placed it anyway, and sent me the bill.  I called back and said that though I would like to go ahead with purchase, I wanted  a different sales person.  Al, the manager said he would take over the order but I found out later he went ahead and credited the original sales person with the commission, not honoring my request to go with a new sales man.  There was later a problem with the table and it had to be exchanged.  Al was very rude on the phone, arguing with me about making the exchange.  I also did not receive prompt calls from the warehouse regarding the exchange.

Walked into this store knowing it was about to close in 10 minutes, we just wanted to quickly browse through to see if they had anything we liked and if they did we would've gone back. Well, we walked in and the sale person was in the back, watching TV. A few minutes later she came by and asked us what we were looking for and then said,  "you do know we close in ten minutes right?". I can't believe any sales person would ever say this. Extremely rude sales people and poor selection of furniture. I do not recommend this furniture store to anyone.
