This was the first place my husband and I had lived together at. As soon as we moved in during the winter the heat didn't work. Joan the manager quickly got it fixed. She also helped us get our uhaul stuck out of the snow along with one of the maintenance guys. Joan is a great manager here as she has always gotten on top of any problems we had. She noticed our blinds were messed up so she took it upon herself to get someone to fix them for us at no charge. My husband is in the Navy and needed to extend the lease a little bit because his time here wasn't up yet, she completely understood and was very helpful. If I ever had a problem she responded quicky and got it fixed. Even before we came to the apartments she was very helpful as I could not tour the apartments as I was living in another state, but my husband went up there and toured it. She was helpful before we moved in and during our stay and even after. The Falls at Pike Creek is a great option for military people as the people here show the up most respect. Definitely recommend staying here as It is also cheaper than staying near or on base! Also there's an added bonus of a fishing pond, small gym, tennis court, basketball court and even better a sauna!

Management here is absolutely horrible. Had a legally registered trailer with my wi registered atv parked in a parking spot in the back lot for less the 24 hours because it was getting hauled to a repair shop the next morning. I'm a resident of a condo in this building. I come home from work and my small 4x8 trailer and atv are missing because Joan the insulting office manager had it illegally towed without attempting to find the owner or leaving a legally required 24 hour notice on the trailer or atv to please remove the trailer. When contacted she claims she received several complaints from neighbors during the time it was parked there. This is not my first run in with this harassing management staff. Do not move here. It is not worth the hassle and harassment.

I enjoy living here.  The people are so nice.  The management staff is polite and always ready to respond.  I've had one maintenance request and it was handled immediately.  I cannot hear my neighbors.  The area is safe and clean.

This place is pitiful. The "manager" Joan is straight from hell. She thinks she is funny and nice when she insults you and her level of sarcasm is off the charts. She yanked us around and refused to give us our deposit back after we found out that this place is littered with sexual offenders and we wouldn't move in there. Only rent here if you want to be taken completely advantage of, insulted, and shat on.
