What a stuck up company. I requested a quote from these guys on an inground pool. Instead of coming out like all the other companies did, I got a phone call. Since I wasn't looking to spend at least $80k they told me I wasn't worth their time. They said they are unable to stay competitive below that price. Horrible potential customer appreciation and value.

Thanks Beth for such great support and having Al come out and measure. We avoided buying something that would not fit. We bought the Vanguard and it has absolutely changed our minds our about service, brands, dealers and value for the money. We had numerous questions and concerns but delivery and install and follow up went smoothly. Hot Spring is top of the line in look, features and comfort. The service you provide is beyond anything we experienced with the dealer we had in California. Thanks again!

We couldn't agree more with FMR in Geneva - we have had nothing but good experiences with Hot Springs Spas of Fox Valley, and owners Al and Beth (and their staff).  Over 9 years' time, we have purchased two spas from them, had them delivered, installed, moved, and checked for various reasons, and been totally pleased with the promptness, quality and professionalism in their service.  They are always willing to help and go out of their way to make sure we are well-served and happy customers.  As a result, we always go out of our way to let others know about Al, Beth and their company - if you are looking for a great hot tub, great company and service, look no further - head to Hot Springs Spas of Fox Valley!
