The Geneva Hand  and Stone is constantly 5 star. My adult children and I are all members, and none of us has ever had any negative experiences.  From the receptionists/greeters to the therapists, all are very compassionate, friendly and experts in their fields.  We also love the later hours of operation and being able to have a spa experience on the weekends.

Hand and Stone in Geneva has professional staff and provides a great massage experience.  Tracy is amazing and always asks if there are any areas that she should specifically address.  Always on time with appointments.  Very soothing and calm experience.

I love Hand and Stone!  They are always friendly and courteous.  My favorite masseuse is Gina.  She listens and applies the right amount of pressure and works out my knots without it being painful!!

We have been going to Hand & Stone since they opened and we have always enjoyed the personal feel of the staff.  It is great that they know us and greet us by name.  I have had massages with several of the therapists and have always received a quality service and great advice.  My only regret is that I do not go often enough and my therapist always has to work hard to remove the stress knots from my shoulders and back.  I would highly recommend Hand & Stone to family and friends.
