I have been going to Kevin at this location for about 6 months. I used to have headaches every day and migraines at least every other month. Since I started going my headaches have decreased significantly and I feel a million times better. Kevin is amazing. Best massage therapist I've ever been to. The location is very nice and staff is very nice and helpful.

Just cancelled my contract after 3 years due to an 11% increase in price. Tried to be nice about it but I received such a negative attitude from the owner that I will never go back and recommend no one else does either. A contract increase was sent to me so I called to cancel and was told I had to come in personally to cancel. They are wrong about increasing the monthly fee by 10% by mail and thinking I can't cancel by phone. Suggest you find an independent place that wants you as a customer.

Just terrible. Kept overhearing complaints about management while waiting for my mediocre massage. Felt like I was in a poorly-run doctor's office. Hand and Stone was much better earlier this year!

I've been going to them for years and in my experience they have always provided excellent services.

Don't listen to what they tell you about the membership rules. They lie to get you to sign up. I was told I can cancel at any time. You cannot. I was told I can give my massages to another family member at any time. You cannot (only every 6 months). So, read the fine print before signing! I see no reason to sign it at all. Just find a good massage therapist and pay them the money they deserve, per session. No contracts!
