A big thank you to ALL the staff at Asante three Rivers Hospital.  After suffering a serious injury from a fall I was taken to Asante and admitted as a patient.  My experience can only be describe as VERY POSITIVE!  The doctors, therapists, nursing staff and their assistants were always available and did whatever they could to make me comfortable.  The food was also not what one would consider "institutional food"  It was made with great care.   An overall positive experience.

I give them only star and thats for the young ladies that volunteer there to help the ER room
The do a great jop and care more than the people that actually work there and actually get paid for it.Always expect hours of wait no matter the importance or serious emergency.Me and my daughter sat for hours fever coughing and vomiting but still no hurry.But of course ods are coming in and all the pill poppers just sickens me.

Lastnight I brought my girls in to be checked out, under the suggestion of poison control, and had an extremely unpleasant experience with KIM C. the trioge nurse! She made it very clear that we were wasting her time, she was short and obviously irritated when asking us questions regarding our health history, talked about me to her colleagues like I wasn't there, and kicked us out of her room so she could see patients that actually had a reason to be there, I left her room in tears! Every other staff member we encountered were very pleasant, understanding, and reassured me that they are always there if I have any concerns regarding my children's health!

I went to this hospital for my eye when I got poked in eye they found two scratches and all though nurse was very attentive and kind. The doctor himself gave me antibiotic eyedrops containing sulfa which I am allergic to, it was noted in my chart as well as had on a red allergy wristband on. These eyedrops caused my eye to become very inflamed and made my eye much worse. I was in misery until I could get to an eye specialist after weekend. That's when I found out I was given eye drops that contained sulfa in them. Thank the lord this specialist saw me on monday and more then likely saved my eye sight. Needless to say I have no confidence in this hospital after this experience.
