Our 5 year old son was having an allergic reaction to some fish he had just eaten for dinner. We rushed to "Urgent care" and doors had just been locked since it was just minutes after 8pm. My husband was holding my son who was red in the face. The receptionist could tell something was clearly going on by my husband's body language as he's pounding on the door. Instead of coming to the door to see, like any normal CARING human being, she decided to sit there behind the desk and POINT TO HER WATCH. This is the overall self serving and self entitled attitude you will get across the board here. The Doctors/nurses don't stay long which should tell you something right there. It's a complete joke. Being a 5 yr resident of Brookings we have been there a few times and the charges are outrageous for what you get. The "service is disgusting. We have since moved away and are now receiving real medical care in a city that actually cares about quality medical care. This place is BROKEN.

Katie King is the most rude unhelpful medical person I have ever talked to.  She is inconsiderate and rude. They wouldn't listen to your issue. I can't believe such a good place would have such a rude,  ruthless person working there.  They need to not just settle for lowlife PA'S and get someone good there.

Urgent doctor was super rude and not good with children at all. She told me my daughter had to calm down before she could look at a rash on her face . my daughter was just scared because she came in didnt talk to her , just tried to grab her and said wow she needs to calm down first.. What a clown

We've had to use the Urgent care twice. The first time my husband fell off a ladder and busted his headed open. They put 9 staples in his head and as a precaution scanned his head to make sure there wasn't any further problems. It healed nicely without any further need of care. He had the staples removed in Grants Pass where we live. The next time because of their quick response at getting him in an ambulance to Cresent City, where he was air vacced and  in less than 2 hours he was in Medford for 2 stents in his heart. We thank them for their urgent care.
