Great patient care! All of the people that work here are always very helpful, and go out of their way to do whatever they can to make a patient happy. I have been going here for a long time, and never have had a bad experience. I recommend it to everyone I know, and a lot of my family now goes to one of the Doctors or Nurse Practitioners because I recommend them to do so. They also love Providence Medical Group of Eagle Point.

My family, including my 103 year old mother, have been going to this Eagle Point office for many years and have always been treated with not only kindness but very thorough care. If we needed urgent care, they always made room for it. With the new X-ray, etc , they promptly inform me generally by telephone. Also, the online 'My Chart' is equally handy as I can review my test results and or X-rays. We have also been very happy with the new staff members.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Doctor and Nurse Practitioner listen, discuss health issue and provide options to solve the problem. My wife and I are very happy with this office.

Wanted to make an appt for our yearly physical.Since our regular physician has left the practice they will be charging us a fee for establishing care with a new provider,at the same practice on top of the yearly physical fee.They already have all our info on file so this is not necessary.Seems like unfair treatment of patients trying to be loyal to the practice

I waited 2 and a half weeks to be seen by a doctor (earliest appointment they had). I walk in to my appointment and waited at least 3 minutes before anyone even came out of the back room to greet me or check me in, then I was told they cancelled my appointment. The lady said she had called, which I did not receive a call, then she told me that it didn't matter anyway that I wasn't going to be seen. Yes lady it did matter, I waited a long time to be seen for my issues and scheduled my whole day around this appointment....but thanks for being inconcerate and rude.
