Look I was scared when I saw the reviews. We stopped on a 28 degree night with a winterized unit so we didn't want to change it. Receptionist was a bit short but not rude. But directions on how to get our site number and directions she gave us was slot on. Zero problems. Our I'll through was great. Plenty of space between us and next spaces on both sides. Wifi worked well. Cable worked well. Could barely hear highway. Everyone including kids slept fine. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Smelled like bleach clean. And had stocked TP!!! I will absolutely stay again when we come through.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to Asheville and all the sites nearby. Close to I-40. Nice pool. Grounds are next to hwy so is a bit noisy. Also a shooting range within earshot, which our dog hated. Only heard it on weekends though. Shower room is dated and dingy, but if you have an RV that shouldn't be a problem. Have stayed here twice and will use them again.

OK, I'm totally panning this place based on the site we had but there were actually some sites in here that would be "RV Park fine". Our site though, seriously, in five years of traveling I've never seen anything like it. The sewer connection for the next site was literally right beside our rig. The neighboring site, which was empty was so close that if someone were there we wouldn't be able to pull through our pull through. We were just there for an overnight and for that, it worked fine. Reasonably close to town and close to the highway for easier access (although the curvy road wasn't the easiest). If passing through again it wouldn't be my first or second choice but if nothing else was available I would stay again.

Great place and nice people running it. Very good for big rigs.. all you have to do is ask for a big rig site, and then know how to park. Pretty simple and a great all around location.

Nice place to stay if you don't mind highway noise and tight quarters. Clean restrooms and helpful staff, but definitely not the place for people desiring a mountain getaway experience.
