When it came to negotiating the offer, she guided me to make an informed decision.  I was happy, and so were the new homeowners.  I would definitely use Beverly-Hanks & Associates again in my next real estate transaction.

I have worked with many agencies in western north carolina.  When it comes to specializing in the many different aspects of real estate transactions, there isn't a better resource than Beverly-Hanks & Associates.  They have helped me with questions about Land (Equestrian Trails and Running trails) and property (Rural, Traditional, Urban, Historic - you name it).  I have been working with Beverly-Hanks for many years.   I am now looking to purchase a second home and I will be working with them again.  Thanks to their knowledgeable agents and expertise within our region.

They sure do seem to think it's hilarious to watch people suffer in their homes with no running water. The realtors here never call back and are just lazy scumbags. Don't trust these people. There's always problems.
