I'm working with "Wes Hight" Berverly- Hanks  the best agent,  he's very professional and he's  a great person.. I  recommend him .. if you really want the best agent in Asheville NC get in contact with this agent you won't  regret it .. stop wasting you're time with others agents :-)

We relocated to Waynesville from Metro Atlanta and as expected it took some time to get settled into our new community. From our first meeting, Brooke Parrot made it a priority to not only find us a house but become a local concierge and tour guide. She wanted to make us feel comfortable and welcomed in Wayneville first and foremost before finding us a home. She made it a priority to get us acquainted with Haywood County and inform us about local information and events we would be interested in and that suited our family. She made sure to know what our needs and wants were for our growing family. A home is much more than four walls and land, Brooke's attention to detail and follow though made our "house" search more of a Home buying experience. Brooke Parrot exceeded our expectations and needs in every way and we will 100% be using her for any and all future real estate needs.

From the house search to the closing of the deal, the folks at Beverly-Hanks are A+.  Our realtor, John Keith, always kept us up to date on the progress all the way through closing.  Marie Fox with Beverly-Hanks mortgage was a delight to work with to secure our financing and guide us through the mortgage process.  Just a great experience overall!
