We worked with Mike Figura. He earned our praise for his knowledge, efficiency, courtesy and understanding. He demonstrated his skill with comfort and good humor, allowing us the freedom to develop our own opinions and insights, to which he added what we missed, on both sides of the equation. His manner is friendly, respectful and casual, at ease with each level of expertise our family brought to the process. And, of course, he connected us with other seasoned professionals who were needed to complete the transaction. As the saying goes, " there is no right way to do a wrong thing"; Mike knows this.

As a first time home buyer, working with Eric Albee at Mosiac was a dream come true. Eric was thoughtful, strategic and honest with us. His professionalism combined with his laid back demeanor made our house shopping nearly stress free. He was knowledgeable about everything from the history of neighborhoods, to the county's tax situation, to what types of loans we were eligible for, to what kind of flooring/roofing/molding/etc. each house had. He is a true professional and we are so happy with our Black Mountain bungalow! Thanks again Eric!

My experience with Mike Figura and Mosaic Realty was exceptional.  I am a licensed Real Estate Broker that lives out of State and when my family property needed to be sold from a distance, I relied on Mike to be the 'eyes and ears' for me every step of the way. Hi, My name is Mike.  I wanted to send out a review on a Realtor I have had several transactions with. buying and selling, and want to give a "Shout Out" about my experience.  Mike Figura, with Mosaic Realty, is a professional as well as a great person.  He kept my real estate interest and my budget in the forefront of every transaction.  He has gone out of his way to get me the house I was looking for at the price that I needed.  He has also sold several of my remodeled homes and got me the best price I could get.  Actually better than I expected!  Do yourself a favor and pick Mike as your Asheville Realtor.  You will be glad you did.

We have used Mosaic for both buying and selling a home, and it was always a great experience! They spend the time, answer the questions, and do everything you need. Highly recommend.
