When we made an impromptu stop at a Beverly-Hanks office to seek help in our search for a retirement home, we were fortunate to have made the acquaintance of Brandie Huffman. Since we were relocating to the area from a distance, Brandie arranged to send us listings of homes meeting our wants and needs. She did this for months and continuously provided us with number of choices to sift through and prioritize. Despite us being so far away, Brandie always made us feel she was thinking of us. When the time came, we returned to the area and Brandie arranged to spend a week with us to take us to see the homes we had selected from the listings she sent. We have never seen someone work so diligently and accomplish so many things accurately, efficiently, and quickly as Brandie! Though she was spending her day with us, we witnessed her accomplish dozens of other tasks at the same time and with the same degree of diligence she had toward us. She was amazing to watch work! With Brandie's guidance, we were able to make a choice on a home. Unfortunately, our first choice had just had been taken and we ended up settling on our second choice. Without getting into the details of what happened, Brandie learned that our first choice had become available again and contacted us to let us know and we said yes. Brandie was able to somehow handle the complexities of accommodating our decision within a few hours. There was never a doubt in our minds that Brandie's focus in working with us was on us. We always felt that she heard us. We never felt pressured or received listings that were beyond our means. And we were constantly amazed at Brandie's energy and work ethic. Looking for a Realtor? If you are looking for an Asheville real estate firm that is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and listens to your housing needs, look no further than Beverly-Hanks North. Our agent is Pam Davis. She worked for 7 months to help us find the perfect condo.during this time, she continued to search for us, while being patient and understanding of our needs. We recommend her highly! Pam specializes in single family sales, but that did not deter her from giving us the best advice, and to show how professional she is, when searching deeper for us, William Coin and Scott Mills, both condo experts, were called in. Everyone from Beverly-Hanks makes you feel like a friend...even the receptionist goes over and beyond to help. If we need to sell or purchase in the future, we know we will call Pam!
