There food is absolutely amazing. My mom and her bf live in the area and go to Ashland every weekend, sometime multiple days in a week. I live all the way in Columbia and still make the drive just to have their crab cakes. They literally have the BEST crab cakes I have ever had (and I've tried a lot of different places). Service is always very friendly and timely. I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to come back again and again.

I have discovered this gem via GrubHub. I just ordered the Gyro Platter to see how I’d like their food and I absolutely fell in love. The portions are generous, the flavor is amazing, and it is all super fresh. The little salad that came with the platter was amazing! I’ve tried different dishes since because everything on the menu looks so good it’s hard to pick and commit to your choice.  It is an absolute must visit.

We go to Ashland Cafe frequently. The staff is excellent and the owners personally come around and talk to the customers.  We have  gone there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is good. They have a live band on Friday and Saturday nights, and an ample dance floor..  When it's nice outside you can eat  on their spacious outdoor patio. The prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient. Give it a try, I'm sure you will enjoy it.

One of our favorite fallback restaurants, a place we go to when all we want is good food. It's kinda like a diner, but the food's better. And the service is always fast and courteous. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The best things we've had are fried shrimp, stuffed rockfish, crab cakes, seafood club. Salad or soup comes with dinner. Salads are fresh and good. Soups are good, but not great.

Overall - very good food, very reasonable prices, very good service.

We are so glad we found this place! The egg salad sandwich and the crab cake sandwich are SO good, along with the potato skins appetizer I've also tried. I get the feeling just about everything here is excellent. Plus, they have all kinds of fun things happening nearly every night, like karaoke, live music, wine & painting, etc. Super cool little Cafe!
