I have tried to work from this location for the last month and it is nearly impossible due to staff talking. The first week, the staff memeber did not stop talking for 1 minute while I was there (2 hours). Literally complaining, talking about anything and everything she could.  Each week has been the same - I get good customer service and being friendly but if you are a loud talker - please be considerate of the people trying to get work done. This evening was the last for me as the employee stood behind me and talked to three gentlemen who were at the opposite end of the table from me about the leaky trash bags.  The location is great, the atmosphere is nice and open but the staff needs to lower their voices and be mindful their discussions.

I am becoming increasingly disappointed with this location.  I understand it's new - however, I would have expected that Starbucks would have the training and structure in place to open a new location with minimum issues down pat by this point.  Every time I go to this location, either our order is incorrect, the coffee is burnt or the cappuccino is worse than one from a low quality convenience store, the service is well below standards, the staff is tripping over each other (still now months after they originally opened), the staff talks about the customers disparagingly in front of the customers, slower than a snail's pace...It's just a waste!   I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this location.  

I write this today as I ordered a cappuccino and it is the most watery cappuccino I have ever had and it has absolutely no foam and it's disgusting.  The straw that broke the camel's back....

While I love how convenient it is...it's just not worth the risk of receiving a poor pour for such a high cost.  The Starbucks standards are not present at this location...don't waste your time.

This place used to be great but it has changed. Service is friendly -- but painfully slow. I put a mobile order in while I'm 10 min away, and still end up waiting for 10 min when I arrive. I kept trying too, thinking I'd caught them on off-days...but it's been two months now and I think it's actually getting worse. Sad but I'll be taking my biz to another location.
