Was excited to find this place on Yelp while traveling to Baltimore, but the actual experience exceeded expectations. Everything there is organic and gluten-free. Can also get dairy-free options or go completely vegan. For someone who can't eat dairy or gluten, this was a DREAM. They also source from local farms as much as possible. Was welcomed by owner/chef Teresa. I ordered a smoothie from the wall menu and customized it by adding spirulina. I also ordered a breakfast, "The Warm Hug": two gluten-free pancakes, fluffy scrambled eggs, and uncured turkey bacon. I couldn't stop eating until everything was gone. This will be a regular stop when I go south on Rte 83. LOVE IT!!

This is a new little restaurant / carryout. Very healthy food offerings, gluten free and vegan as well. They have lots and lots of smoothies and very fresh things. Free parking right out front!!

Small but comfy cafe with all day breakfast options. The entire facility is gluten free, so celiacs and those with a sensitivity can eat with peace of mind. The lasagna and pancakes are excellent.

My wife has Celiac and is a vegan but she was craving grilled cheese for weeks. This place made it to order even though it's not on their menu. Based on the face she's making right now, bringing her here in Valentines was a major score!! Great place!

Above awesome!  Our 5 year old had the pancakes and sausage. Loved them. Our 10 year old had the burger and fries. Rave about it. We had Brussels sprouts which are a must for anyone. Had sirachi meatballs and Mediterranean salad. Everything was extremely special. All made to order with the best and freshest ingredients. Hats off to the owner chefs!  Thank you!
