All the tables were occupied by only four college students doing homework. All of them had long finished whatever it was that they may ordered to drink earlier in the evening. No table was available for a party of six senior citizens looking forward to having some dessert and a cup of coffee after dinner on a Sunday night. We ended up only getting coffee because there was no place for us sit. Unbelievable. We should have stayed across the street at Carlo's Italian Bistro. The two female students occupying the only table that seats six people refused to remove their book bags off the chairs next to them, even after I asked them nicely. Neither one of them were eating or drinking. They had text books and papers spread out on the table while they did homework on their laptops and kept up their social media from their smartphones. 
There were two tables that each seat four people occupied by only two young male students (one per table) with the same scenario. Books, papers, & laptops, completely taking up each table. Neither of those young men were having anything to eat or drink either.
We drank our coffee as we stood next to the counter for approx. 30 minutes. 
On our way out I asked the manager if this was a normal occurrence there on a slow Sunday night. She said it was like this most nights. I told her how disappointed I was. Her exact words to me  were "I am sorry but there is nothing I can do." 
Well there is something I can do. My wife and I will be getting our coffee and dessert elsewhere in the future. Goodbye Starbucks.

I've been in this Starbucks dozens of time (since the time they opened when the shopping plaza was built).  In recent years I've been going there to work.  I really like the staff.   In every Starbucks the baristas are friendly, but these are even more so; some of them were around for a long time, and I noticed that in the evening they recognize and greet half of the people that come in.  The sense of the community is a real plus for me.

On another note, I'm occasionally asking for unusual things and these guys were willing to play along and try to give me exactly what I want.  Five stars from me.

I've lived in the area 2 months now and have visited this location 3 times. The staff is always super friendly, it's very clean and organized, and it's never beven busy. There was only one guy working the first time we went and he was really accommodating for my confused husband ordering something new. It's only been good experiences so far.

Great store that has great customer service. I especially love this location because everytime I come here and ask for coffee grinds they try to get me some. I use them for my garden and I feel good that it does not make it to the landfill. I just wish they would bring back the bucket they used to put it in and you could just come in and grab it. Also, my drinks always taste good and are made right.
