Chelsea is a great salesperson! She did not pressure us, she just was there to answer any questions we might have. When we had looked over all the possible choices, she helped us to decide on the chair that would best suit our needs.

Going to Ashley's is actually a relaxing experience for me. I have found what I needed and bought it at reasonable price and terms, while enjoying my sales rep, Kelly, and the expansive showroom, and consistently friendly staff. I walk out of the store smiling and feeling food about what happened. Yes, even when I just spent money! It's been working for me.😀

I’ve gotten all my furniture from Ashley, and the furniture is great quality, and affordable. The staff that helped me is helpful and courteous. I’ve recently written a review regarding delivery being late, but the second time I purchased with Ashley they were on time and had a fantastic delivery team! Good job guys! I highly recommend.

We have been buying furniture from Ashley's for years and have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. From couches, tables, kids beds, and entertainment centers, they have all been great quality products that we have purchased.

The staff is also very helpful and friendly as well. No complaints!

Great customer service. The prices were a bit high but they have some good financing deals. They also have a military discount. We appreciated that very much. Can't wait to pick up our couch. Wish it didn't take three days to be able to get it but such is life.

Update: though we still appreciate our salesman, the pickup warehouse is ridiculous. The first call my husband made to see if our order had shipped for us to pick up was answered with a very quick "Please hold, click" and then he waited for 60 minutes, literally, on hold. I called corporate and got a call back faster than they answered. I tried calling to see if I could get through and no one even answered, three times. After an hour, someone said the order wasn't ready and to try back at 2pm. We did. Another long hold, not as long, but well over what is acceptable. We were asked to call back three more times, and the truck our third piece was on canceled for the day. Why the order was separated in the first place is beyond my logical mind, but what do I know. 

We called the store. Their hands are tied for what they can do. They offered an in-store credit which is a nice gesture, but it doesn't get us our product any faster. 

If I had known that we would not have our product when we were told, we would NOT have purchased this item. 

I hope we love the couch. I'm pretty much over the warehouse customer service. We would have had it delivered but the fee was unreasonable when we paid so much for the couch. 

Anyhow, nice showroom and nice salespeople, but poor, dismal, warehouse customer service.
