Robert the regional manager was more helpful than anyone I’ve experienced in customer service honestly. I moved into my first apartment this last weekend, and Robert and the staff helped me to find the best deal they had at the store. Wouldn’t have been able to afford a new bed otherwise. Thank you guys so much.

Just left this location and we worked with Rob. This was seriously the best and most painless process! Walked in and immediately we got down to what level of firmness we liked and what brand. Rob is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend asking for him!

My fiancé and I got a new bed here yesterday and could not be more thrilled. After being aggressively pressured at another mattress store before this, we walked in and were greeted kindly by Robert. He was so great to work with! He helped put us in the right direction and answered any questions we had. He gave us space to lay on the bed when necessary (because we all know that can be a little awkward sometimes), and he was very knowledgeable about all the different beds and products that are out there. Robert worked with us on pricing and showed us stuff that we were comfortable spending. Plus he was super down to earth and never once made us feel pressured! I highly recommend this Mattress World!

This was my first experience buying a mattress, Robert was so helpful and made sure we got the best deal for our budget, he kept it right at the number I gave him. I’m so excited to get our new king size mattress delivered tomorrow!

This is the second time that i have had the pleasure of purchasing a mattress here. Robert is who helped me and he gave me excellent customer service. He was able to answer all my questions and he found me the perfect bed !  I left feeling very happy about my purchase and I recommend this store to everyone ! Thanks Robert! The bed is amazing !
