I have been buying furniture from Arhaus for several years and I am more than happy with the products and service that we receive. We have been to other furniture stores in the area and they're just not the same. The products and service that you receive from Arhaus is top notch. Arhaus products are not the least expensive by any means, however you do get what you pay for. The new location at the Summit at Fritz Farm is amazing and the showroom is much larger than their previous location. If you're in the market for quality furniture, I highly recommend that you ask for LaDonna or Karen. We have worked with both of them many times and have nothing but a positive experience each and every time.

This review is more of the company and not this location per se, which is to say the sales people are nice, but if you ever have to deal with concierge service, they will treat you like dirt. Due to this, I will NEVER purchase from Arhaus again. They do not stand behind their product. They WILL lie to you. They are RUDE and SMUG. The furniture is cheaply made by using the softest pine they can find. It like balsa wood rather than hard pine or a hardwood. They don't listen. They may hear you, but they do not listen. Please do not buy from them.

Ordered what is an expensive dining table to me (just under $3000). I don't feel I rec'd the best service. There were issues getting my table that caused delays for a few weeks. And when it finally arrived, it came in pieces a few days apart. Now the feet pads have fallen off (like you see on cheap furniture). The only saving grace is that the table is beautiful and except for the pads seems well made. I contacted their customer care number and asked for support hoping to get someone to come look at a couple of flaws and also those pads. I never rec'd a return call at all. As the old saying goes, " burn me twice, my fault."

Ordered furniture in September. Was told it would take 12 weeks. Part of the delivery finally came December 18th (14 weeks later) and the Ottoman came damaged. Waited 14 weeks for furniture and it comes damaged? I called my salesperson within 10 minutes of delivery to let her know the piece was delivered damaged. Furniture was delivered December 18th. They are sending a "technician"over to look at the damaged piece on December 30th. This damaged piece of furniture costs over $1100 and this is how I am treated. Then I was told the rest of the delivery woud take longer. Now the love seat is first getting to Cleveland on January 9th. It is supposed to take about 2 weeks after that to get delivered to me.By the time the love seat comes to me it will be about 20 weeks since I ordered my stuff. I think I could make this faster myself! Worst of all, we were double charged on our American Express bill. Let's see, damaged goods, over charging, and furniture that never arrives. Run, don't walk away from this store!!!!!!!
