As a nurse I always try to find the good in people but these people have none. I was robbed. Do not buy anything from this company or ever leave them a deposit. They refused to return my deposit because I didn't have an original receipt after I gave them my debit card. I wasn't asking for cash but wanted my money to be returned to my card. They are liars and thieves. Stay away from this company.

Staff was extremely professional, they were so patient and they took the time to explain and go through every single detail. Also, the furnitures are very reasonable and quality is excellent. Worth every penny and a visit. But once you pay over your money the waiting time for the delivery was disgusting. I waited more than a week for my delivery and everyday they only came with one, one item. The guys at the store kept putting me off to the point where they didn't even want to answer my calls. I skipped classes for two days straight because they told me they were coming and they never showed up. Tomorrow makes a week and I still haven't gotten all my furniture. They assembled the dinning table and it's very shaky and I told the guy and he didn't fix it.I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone to be honest. Great customer service in store but the delivery aspect overshadows the good.

Not alot of options. The staff was friendly enough. I ordered a bed frame, mattress and a headboard for my son along with a TV stand. I went over the order three times and the headboard and tv stand were not placed on the order. When I called to complain I was asked for my credit card number. He must be insane.

Eddie my sales associate was professional, informative and delivered as promised. This is the best furniture store in Bklyn. The prices are right reasonable and the products are quality. My shopping experience was awesome and I will be back!!!
