Went to Bob's on Flatbush with my friend who wanted to purchase a kitchen table, we were greeted by Nikki Samuel young woman with a welcoming  personality.   After much conversation and laughs found out the sales associates are rotated and after attending to us she goes to the end of the rotation.  I'm glad Nikki greeted  us because she provided exceptional customer  service.  Bob's Furniture you have a great associate, and to Nikki keep up your great personality and continue to greet ever customer with your welcoming smile.   The table arrived as promised and looks great in the space.

After being in store for 30 minutes of shopping in West Springfield store No one asked to assist me.  Because I did my research online and love the quality of the furniture I proceeded without assistance to make a purchase.  After checking out I was then told the items were on back order and available in a month.  My issues are not with the product but with the current service.  This store was not always like this, I've done business here over the past 20 yrs.  Bring back customer service and satisfaction

SERIOUSLY Jasmine aka Jazzy NEEDS!! To be cloned so everyone can experience what we experienced. She was so detailed and understanding and very knowledgeable of all products and sizes to quickly determine what we needed and how it would fit. If you come here ONLY! Ask for Jazzy!

KR is a very humble and professional individual. He was very helpful to my sister and I in picking out the right furniture we needed. I was very pleased to have his support.l definitely and  highly recommend him to my friends that will be needing a furniture for their home.

I went to the store to purchase a cover for my mattress, and was warmly greeted by Erica. When she told me that the cover was waterproof I doubted her and told why she did a quick research and corrected me on the size of my mattress, but as he continued she took my case to the manufacturer and now it seems as I am going to get not only a new cover but a new mattress which was soiled when I had an accident on the bed involving liquid.
Costumer service at Bob's Furniture Stores are the best. I was tataly taken level of professionalism and service.
Way to go!
