my kid was jumping on the bed this weekend and broke the bed in the master bedroom, we ordered a new one and was worried we would be with out a bed for a while, but no. this company has really fast service & great customer service, would 100% buy more furniture from this place!!!

Bought a couch and a chair off of Neil. Sitting in the chair after delivery, it immediately broke. Obviously, we immediately called Furniture Zone to explain we had been accidentally given a faulty product. At this point, Neil yelled at us and gave no explanation except for that we broke the chair.
What?!
If you want a chance at buying furniture and then having it immediately break, and get no refund, shop at Furniture Zone.
I'll spend time, money, and energy to advertise how poorly this business is ran. That's how poor I was treated as their customer.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They sold me a sofa chair that broke within two days of owning it. It was sat on and the whole chair broke. They YELLED  and INSULTED me when I called to get help on how to fix it, and offered me their handyman for a ridiculous price. The handyman I hired said it was extremely poor construction. AGAIN NEVER GO HERE. COMPLETE RIP OFF. RUDE SERVICE
