We just left Ashley Furniture and spent a lot of time with Jason one of the sales people. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We are shopping for a bedroom set and have been to multiple places-we will definitely be going back to Ashley tomorrow to purchase a bedroom set. Jason spend a lot of time with us and definitely knows his furniture! It is hard to find that kind of service these days.

We had an issue with a headboard we purchased. We returned to Ashley HomeStore and spoke to the manager. We were met by a wonderful gentleman who listened to our problem. He then proceeded to immediately take care of it. We can say Ashley HomeStore In Melbourne Fl. has great customer service and a friendly helpful staff.

Brian helped me pick out the perfect couch for my apartment. He gave me all the information I needed and was very helpful answering questions. I freely roamed the showroom, without any pressure or feeling like I was being chaperoned, yet Brian was never too far away if a question did arise. I found the perfect couch, and happened to hit a great (early) Black Friday deal, which I couldn’t beat! Very happy with my purchase and with the Brian’s help.

Be very careful. If you're here to buy a mattress just know that the mattress markup in the industry is extremely incredibly outrageously High. I tried to bed that was comfortable so I made the purchase. The bed that arrived was the same bed but was like sleeping on concrete. They failed to tell me that it takes almost 6 months for a bed to break in. Having had neck surgery I could not afford 6 months. They also did not inform me that once you make a purchase it is non-refundable. They may do an exchange but you have to argue that. In the long run they gave me a better bed for the same price even though the replacement was the next model up.

Christina greeted us at the door. She asked what we were looking for then asked a few more questions. She immediately began to show us furniture based on what we communicated we wanted and not based on her assumptions or preferences. She made our visit pleasant and we love our purchase! She was professional, personable and poised throughout our visit. We will purchase more from Christina in the near future.
