My husband and I have been in the market for a couch for a little bit, and we found the perfect one at the Baer’s on 192 in West Melbourne! Angel was our associate and he could not have been more pleasant to work with! He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really made our buying experience fun. We did have a less than pleasant experience with another associate during our visit though. My husband and I are in our 20s and apparently didn’t look like serious buyers because an associate made eye contact with us without saying a word, then went out of his way to walk right by us to go speak to another older couple. He must have thought that he had a better chance of making a commission because they were older and therefore obviously going to spend money, right? The associate was blatantly rude and It made me feel as though we didn’t belong in the store; however, we did not let it ruin our experience. We still left happy and are expecting our sectional to be delivered on Wednesday!

Love the furniture and delivery people were great too. My I only issue was when I purchased the chair, I was told someone would call me In about a week to set up a delivery date. I never heard anything so I called. Only to find out I wasn’t even on the schedule for delivery. Craziest thing. Good thing I called to check on my chair! They did put delivery on the schedule for later the same week and all is well now.

The sales rep, Debra B, was great and very helpful. I didn’t enjoy waiting the 13 weeks to receive the product just because it was transitioning to a discontinued item. I would think that would make things faster. Also, while the delivery guys were great, the company only sent two guys when the product required three because of the huge size. My husband had to significantly help to prevent damage to our home and the purchased product. There is definitely room for improvement here and I informed Taylor in Customer Services of these issues.

Only saving grace was our salesman Angel, he was enthusiastic with helping us and was incredibly nice. All the other sales people ignored us because we are young. One salesman walked straight through us to greet the older couple right behind us. If it weren’t for angel this would have a been a one star review, and jokes on the other people because angel got that sale! Thanks angel!

My mother and I went to Baer's and it was a horrible experience. We went to look for new furniture for her new home. Upon going in we were asked if we needed help with anything and explained we were just there browsing and to see if she liked anything. Which is completely nornal when buying furniture. The Melbourne Location is rather large but we were followed everywhere we went by an associate named Terry I believe. It was uncomfortable we weren't even able to look. He was no more then three feet behind us the entire time. I have years experience in customer service and anyone should know that this is not the proper way to treat a potential client. There were other people walking around browsing and they weren't being harassed. I am ashamed and will be voicing my concerns to corporate.
