My husband and I worked with Richard.  He was very professional and extremely helpful.  He took his time with us and even brought in their store designer for assistance.  When I emailed him, he got right back to me.  He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible.  Our furniture arrived earlier than expected and looks fabulous.  Very happy with the overall experience.

This store receives 1 star only because I couldn't select 0.  I have rarely received such poor customer service at the hands of such incompetent management as I have at this store.  I ordered an end table 3 months ago and still haven't received it.  Terrible communication about delivery (table was supposed to be delivered twice, but never made it onto the truck), lack of returning calls when promised, unable to figure out a reasonable solution.  Finally the store manager told me the problem with the delivery of the table was "above his pay grade" and he could no longer help me.  At that time I asked for a refund because I realized I could no longer work with this company.  How pathetic for a manager to say such a thing!

Courtney McCaleb was our sales representative, who sold us two outstanding Flexsteel recliners.  The price was fabulous and Courtney was incredible.  My initial contact with Courtney was by phone and immediately, I was keenly aware that Courtney was an experienced PROFESSIONAL who was client centered and cared about our needs.  We met two weeks later when we arrived in Florida, at the Melbourne store.  Courtney had the EXACT furniture we wanted and needed, plus she gave us an unbelievable PRICE.  Courtney is truly INCREDIBLE.  She is not 5 stars, she is 10 stars and a TRILLION in ONE. She also willing and very experienced with lay-out and design of furniture for your home.👍
